We Dissent! A Rally For Abortion Rights

With the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization ruling, the Supreme Court has reversed nearly 50 years of precedent, overturning Roe v. Wade and dismantling the constitutional protections for abortion that have existed for nearly 50 years.
This places abortion access in West Virginia in jeopardy. Because lawmakers have not explicitly repealed a 19th Century law criminalizing abortion, providers will not feel safe offering abortion care to patients.
