Our Work

We are fighters – our staff, board, interns, donors, members, and supporters. In the face of opposition, we are inspired to work even harder to achieve our goals because we know how important our work is! We advocate for comprehensive sex education and pregnancy options counseling, leading trainings for teachers, counselors, and health care and social service providers. We engage voters, gathering information to support reproductive justice efforts and increasing voter turn-out. We create networks of support to inform and mobilize West Virginians who share our goals. We promote progressive policy and combat regressive policy, focusing our efforts on those facing the highest barriers. We do all this and more with excitement, energy, and teamwork, promoting within our organization the attitudes we value in the larger feminist and reproductive justice movements.
